10.07.-31.08.2024 Emergency Road Closure – Fore Street, Camelford 1 July 2024 Ongoing

Due to an unsafe building the Fore Street in Camelford (The A39) is currently closed.  It is expected that this will continue until the end of August.  Go-Cornwall services 95, 96, 96A and 97 are diverting via the B3266 between Camelford Station and Valley Truckle and will serve Clease Road and turn at the car park.  Buses will be unable to serve stops on Fore Street.

The Hail and Ride section on Lynwood Road, Birkdale Road, Mount Avenue and Helena Road is not served.
01.07.-31.08.2024 MESSINA WAY,RM9: Route 145 is on diversion in both directions until 19:00 Saturday 31 August due to a road closure of Messina Way. Buses are diverted via Merrielands Crescent, missing the stop "Dagenham Dock Station" ('O' / 'I') in both directions.
01.07.-17.08.2024 OLDFIELD LANE NORTH: Greenford: ROUTE 105 is disrupted until 17 August 2024 at 20:00, due to roadworks near Greenford station. For buses towards Heathrow, the first stop served is "Greenford Station" on Oldfield Lane North (stop MM), because the usual first bus stop on Rockware Avenue is closed. For buses terminating at Greenford Station, the last stop will be on Greenford Road, as buses are unable to serve the usual last stop "Greenford Station" (Stop Z1) on Rockware Avenue opposite the pub.

27.06.-11.08.2024 Road Closure – Penmarth to Carnkie 27 June to 11 August 2024

Due to utility works the road between Penmarth and Carnkie will be closed between the 27 June and 11 August.  During the closure period Go-Cornwall service 36 to Helston School will operate under diversion via the main road and will be unable to serve Penmarth.  Students are advised to catch the bus at the Gravel Pits or Crellow Lane.

Please note the details of an ongoing bus stop suspension on High Street in Aldershot for highway works.

The stops are called: Princes Gardens (all)

17.06.-05.08.2024 Uni U9 & B* 614 DIVERSION Raymond Road Monday 17th June to 5th August 2024 Due to roadworks, Raymond Road will be closed at the junction with Hill Lane for junction improvement works. These works are expected to be finished by 5th August 2024. Diversion is the same in both directions from Hill Lane towards Hospital or Shirley via:- normal route to Hill Lane; into Wilton Road; into Upper Shirley Avenue and at the crossroads resume normal route.   U9 turns into St James Road and 614 goes straight ahead into Shirley Ave to Shirley High St.

If you are travelling westbound from Hounslow East, please take an eastbound train and change at Osterley, or use local London Buses services.
17.06.2024-28.04.2025 HARROW VIEW, HA1; From 08:00 Monday 17 June until 18:00 Monday 28 April 2025, Routes 223 and H14 towards Harrow View and Hatch End are diverted via Greenhill Way, Pinner Road, Canterbury Road, Station Road, Parkside Way and Headstone Gardens due to gas works. Stops Hindes Road, Cunningham Park and Headstone Drive are not served.

07.06.-16.12.2024 COLINDALE STATION: From Friday 7 June until December 2024, the station is closed for major rebuilding works. Connecting replacement bus service NL6 operates between Colindale Station (departing from Ajax Avenue stop CD in Colindale Avenue and from the Colindale Gardens stop in Aerodrome Road) and Hendon Central during Monday to Friday peak hours only. At other times, please use local London Buses routes 186 204 303 or N5 to connect with local London Underground stations.
05.06.2024-31.03.2025 Service 95, returning from Winchester Service 95 will depart from Winchester Bus Station @13:45 on Wednesdays & Friday and will only set down passengers, according to their need. As such, there is no return timetable, as it is dependant on who has travelled that day. No other boarding point is available for the return leg of the journey.

03.06.-05.08.2024 STANHOPE ROAD, Upper Holloway: Route W5 is on diversion in both directions until 18:00 on Monday 05 August due to works by Haringey Council. Buses are diverted via Shepherds Hill and Archway Road, missing the Hail & Ride section on Stanhope Road and stops from Hornsey Lane to Archway Station (C and E). Buses are serving stops on the diversion route via Archway Road.
01.06.-12.08.2024 SOUTHEASTERN: Saturday 1 June until Sunday 11 August, no service between Blackheath and Charlton. Please use local DLR connections between Lewisham and Greenwich.
28.05.-01.10.2024 WEST DRAYTON STATION, UB7: Routes 222 350 698 U1 U3 and U5 are unable to serve West Drayton Station until 01 October 2024, due to a collapsed carriageway on Station Approach. Use stops on Station Road, High Street or Horton Road.
27.05.-29.09.2024 FARRINGDON STREET: Until 19:00 Sunday 29 September, route 17 is on diversion from City Thameslink Station/Ludgate Circus to Holborn Circus/Fetter Lane due to Cadent Gas works. Buses towards Archway are missing the stops Fleet Street/City Thameslink and Snow Hill.
27.05.-29.09.2024 FARRINGDON STREET: Until 19:00 Sunday 29 September, route 25 towards Ilford is starting journeys at King Edward Street (Stop ST on Newgate Street) and buses towards City Thameslink are ending journeys at St Pauls Station due to Cadent Gas works. Buses are not serving the stops Holborn Circus and City Thameslink Station.
27.05.-29.09.2024 FARRINGDON STREET: Until 19:00 Sunday 29 September, route 341 is on diversion from The Royal Courts of Justice to Farringdon Station via Fetter Lane, New Fetter Lane and Charterhouse Street due to Cadent Gas works. Buses towards Tottenham are missing the stops Fetter Lane, Ludgate Circus, Fleet Street/City Thameslink and Snow Hill.
27.05.-29.09.2024 FARRINGDON STREET: Until 19:00 Sunday 29 September, routes 40 63 and N63 are on diversion from Blackfriars Station/North Entrance to Farringdon Station due to Cadent Gas works. Buses towards Farringdon are missing the stops Fleet Street/City Thameslink and Snow Hill.
25.05.-30.08.2024 SOUTHEND ROAD, Beckenham: Route 354 is on diversion in both directions from 09:00 on Monday 03 June until 17:00 on Friday 30 August due to works by Bromley Council. Buses are diverted via The Avenue and Westgate Road, missing stop Beckenham Cricket Club (X) towards Bromley and stops Convent Close and Beckenham Cricket Club (Y) towards Penge.
24.05.-26.07.2024 Coronation Road (Crosby) Coronation Road will to be closed in both directions from the junction of Liverpool Road to the junction of Islington on Friday 24th May and from Monday 3rd June until Friday 26th July 2024.

22.05.-16.08.2024 Stotfold - Road Closure Due to the road closure on Queen Street until mid August, buses can not serve Rook Tree Lane.   Arriva route 97 will run via Stotfold High Street on the journey from Hitchin to Stotfold Green, then will return towards Hitchin direct via Regent Street and Hitchin Road.  Buses will be slightly earlier than scheduled along High Street.  
22.05.-16.08.2024 Stotfold - Road Closure Due to the road closure on Queen Street until mid August, buses can not serve Rook Tree Lane.   Centrebus 96 / 96A will continue to serve High Street, but will not serve Regent Street, The Green or Rook Tree Lane.

21.05.-26.07.2024 Finchampstead Road closure, until late July, service 406

 As part of the California Crossroads redevelopment, Stagecoach are unable to serve the bus stop at the Ratepayers Hall. Phase 2 of the closure is due on 23rd May, when Stagecoach we will be unable to serve Finchampstead Road between California Crossroads and Finchampstead War Memorial. Students for Yateley School and the colleges in Farnborough are advised that from 23rd May, and for the remainder of the summer term, the bus will start at the Barkham Ride bus stop on Finchampstead Road at 07:33. The bus will run non-stop via Finchampstead Road, Sandhurst Road, Lower Wokingham Road and Wellingtonia Avenue to rejoin the normal route at Finchampstead War Memorial. The reverse of this diversion will apply in the afternoon.

20.05.-09.08.2024 MILLENNIUM WAY, SE10; Routes 108 188 are on diversion towards Lewisham and North Greenwich Bus Station until 20:00 on Friday 09 August due to bridge works. Buses are diverted via John Harrison Way, West Parkside, Edmund Halley Way, and North Greenwich Bus Station, missing the stop Boord Street.
15.05.-31.08.2024 WALTHAMSTOW BUS STATION: Route 257 is curtailed until 20:00 each day until the end of August. Buses are starting and terminating at Leyton Green until 20:00 daily - use other routes between Bakers Arms and Walthamstow.

The road between Nine Maidens and Penmarth is currently closed.  OTS service 42 is diverting between Goonlaze and Nine Maidens.  From Falmouth at Goonlaze buses are operating to Wheal Buller, then via the B3297 to Four Lanes and Nine Maidens where the bus turns to rejoin the normal route to Four Lanes. Towards Truro the reverse is operating.  During the closure buses are unable to serve Penmarth.

30.04.-31.07.2024 STATION TERRACE, NW10: Route 452 is curtailed to Ladbroke Grove Sainsburys until 02:00 on Wednesday 01 February 2023 due to congestion on the new bus stand. Buses are missing the stops from Kilburn Lane / Harrow Road to Kensal Rise Station, and from Station Terrace to Harrow Road / Kilburn Lane.
25.04.-16.08.2024 ERSKINE ROAD, SM1; Until 17:00 on Friday 16 August, route S1 is diverted in both directions via West Street, Colston Avenue, Westmead Road, Lower Road and Thicket Road due to resurfacing works. Hail & Ride section on Erskine Road is not served.
08.04.-06.09.2024 INVERFORTH ROAD, N11: From 08:00 Monday 8 April until 18:00 Friday 6 September, ROUTE 382 will be on diversion due to water main replacement works on Inverforth Road. All stops along Bowes Road and Arnos Grove Station will be served, however, bus stops New Southgate Station (J & K), Whitemore Close (L& M) and the Hail & Ride sections along Inverforth Road, Upper Park Road and Palmers Road will be missed in both directions during this time. Please allow extra time for your journey.

02.04.-26.07.2024 Stops suspensions, Romsey Road, Rownhams Tuesday 2nd April for 17 weeks Due to Southern Gas Works the bus stops between the junctions of Redbridge Lane and Nursling Street along Romsey Road will be closed affecting the B*4 on the above date. Service 51: from Thursday 14th March until late July 2024 – works for Wessex Water between North Curry and Stoke Road.

Owing to works being undertaken by Wessex Water from Thursday 14th March until late July 2024, there is disruption to Service 51.
Phase 1 which starts on Thursday 14th March, and lasts until Friday 3rd May, will see the closure of Stoke Road between its junction with the Curload turn and the junction with Huntham Lane.
The bus will not be able to serve the section of the route that is closed and the bus will follow a diversion via Huntham Lane in both directions on all journeys, Monday to Saturday, throughout Phase 1.
Phase 2 and Phase 3 information will follow, however we have been advised by Wessex Water that the planned requirement for an additional bus will no longer be required as Huntham Lane remains open throughout all three phases of the works. To close part of The High Street, Alton from the junction at the entrance to Lady Place car park to junction with Turk Street and Cross and Pillory Lane, including Market Square, between the 0600 hours and 1600 hours for the second Saturday in each month during 2023/2024 - being  11 November and 9 December 2023. 13 January, 10 February, 9 March, 13 April, 11 May, 8 June, 13 July, 10 August, 14 September, 12 October, 9 November and 14 December 2024.

11.09.2023-01.12.2024 LIVERPOOL STREET UNDERGROUND STATION: From Monday 11 September until autumn 2024, there is a reduced escalator service to/from the Central line platforms. The bank of three escalators at the front end of the eastbound/rear end of the westbound platforms will be out of service while they are replaced. Please use alternative escalators at the other end of the platforms to exit and interchange
10.09.2023-29.12.2024 Waterloo & City line: Service operates Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 00:30 only. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and on public/bank holidays.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024 Botley Road Rail Bridge Closure Network Rail are working towards replacing the Botley Road rail overbridge. As a consequence the Botley Road in Oxford City Centre is closed to all vehiclular traffic, initially for 6 months but recently extended until the end of October 2024. A few bus services will divert via the Abingdon Road and the A34 but most services will be truncated.  The terminus on the eastern side of the bridge will be the Rail Station or Frideswide Square, the terminus on the western side will be Osney Island.  For people less-abled to make the 350 metre walk between these stops a free shuttle bus will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, hourly between 10 AM and 2 PM. Pick-up and set-down points are the West Oxford Community Centre, Seacourt Bridge (both on Botley Road) and Frideswide Square. Called the Botley Road Flyer it will be operated by Comet.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024 Botley Road Rail Bridge (truncation) While the Botley Road is closed due to Network Rail bridge works, Stagecoach service S1 will divert between Eynsham and Oxford via the A40 and Woodstock Road.  While this is the case a shuttle service E1 will serve Eynsham to Oxford (Osney Island) via Farmoor and Botley. Services S6 and S9 will use the Osney Island stops as their terminus. This closure has been extended until October 2024.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024 Botley Road Rail Bridge (truncation) While Network Rail bridge works keep the Botley Road closed the following services will use Osney Island as their terminus:

To access the rail station and City Centre from Osney Island a pedestran route through the bridge area will be maintained (approx. 350 metres).  This arrangement has been extended until October 2024.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024 Botley Road Rail Bridge (split service) The BrookesBUS / Park & Ride service 400 (U1) and NU1 will be split at the rail station (Frideswide Square) and Osney Island (on Botley Road) due to bridge works. There will be separate branches (East/West) of this service operating trhought the closure period. Through ticketing is available.  Pedestrians will be able to access the route through the bridge throughout the closure period.  This arrangement has been extended until October 2024.

28.08.2023-01.09.2024 Changes to Surrey bus routes during the rebuilding of Cromwell Road Bus Station, Kingston: From Monday 28 August until Summer 2024. Routes 458 513 514 515 and 715 start and terminate in Eden Street. All buses on these routes from Kingston start from stop D1 in Eden Street. Route 461 terminates at Wood Street stop N and starts journeys at Wood Street stop Q.

26.06.2023-01.01.2025 KENTISH TOWN UNDERGROUND STATION: The station will be closed until late 2024 to enable vital work to be carried out to replace the escalators. Kentish Town Thameslink station will remain open for customers to use while the escalator replacement works are taking place. Nearby Tufnell Park Tube station is accessible by using the extensive local bus network or from Kentish Town station on foot (11 minutes). There is no major work planned on these alternative routes during the closure of the Tube station.
22.06.2023-29.09.2024 HACKNEY DOWNS STATION: Step-free access to platform 1 (served by Chingford to Liverpool Street and southbound Greater Anglia trains via Tottenham Hale) is available but only via the interchange and lift link to/from Hackney Central station. Please enter and exit via this route. Step-free access is not available to/from other platforms or to/from the main entrance at Hackney Downs.
09.05.2023-01.12.2024 HOLLOWAY ROAD STATION: From Tuesday 9 May until November 2024: Reduced lift service at Holloway Road until mid-July, queuing likely during peaks. Please consider using Arsenal or Caledonian Road stations. During Emirates Stadium events, Holloway Road will be closed for two hours before the start of the event and will open 15 minutes after the start of the event. During return traffic the station will be closed 15 minutes before the end of the event and will be kept closed for 90 minutes after the event.
