08.04.-06.09.2024INVERFORTH ROAD, N11: From 08:00 Monday 8 April until 18:00 Friday 6 September, ROUTE 382 will be on diversion due to water main replacement works on Inverforth Road. All stops along Bowes Road and Arnos Grove Station will be served, however, bus stops New Southgate Station (J & K), Whitemore Close (L& M) and the Hail & Ride sections along Inverforth Road, Upper Park Road and Palmers Road will be missed in both directions during this time. Please allow extra time for your journey.

15.03.-23.12.2024Changes to bus services at Colindale Station: Bus stop CB outside Colindale Station is closed until further notice due to station construction works. For Route 125 towards Winchmore Hill, please board in Charcot Road. For Routes 204 303 642 and N5 towards Edgware, and route 632 towards Grahame Park, Corner Mead, please use stop CD opposite Ajax Avenue, which has now reopened.
14.03.-31.07.2024Wessex Water works between North Curry and Stoke Road

Service 51: from Thursday 14th March until late July 2024 – works for Wessex Water between North Curry and Stoke Road.

Owing to works being undertaken by Wessex Water from Thursday 14th March until late July 2024, there is disruption to Service 51.
Phase 1 which starts on Thursday 14th March, and lasts until Friday 3rd May, will see the closure of Stoke Road between its junction with the Curload turn and the junction with Huntham Lane.
The bus will not be able to serve the section of the route that is closed and the bus will follow a diversion via Huntham Lane in both directions on all journeys, Monday to Saturday, throughout Phase 1.
Phase 2 and Phase 3 information will follow, however we have been advised by Wessex Water that the planned requirement for an additional bus will no longer be required as Huntham Lane remains open throughout all three phases of the works. To close part of The High Street, Alton from the junction at the entrance to Lady Place car park to junction with Turk Street and Cross and Pillory Lane, including Market Square, between the 0600 hours and 1600 hours for the second Saturday in each month during 2023/2024 - being  11 November and 9 December 2023. 13 January, 10 February, 9 March, 13 April, 11 May, 8 June, 13 July, 10 August, 14 September, 12 October, 9 November and 14 December 2024.

11.09.2023-01.12.2024LIVERPOOL STREET UNDERGROUND STATION: From Monday 11 September until autumn 2024, there is a reduced escalator service to/from the Central line platforms. The bank of three escalators at the front end of the eastbound/rear end of the westbound platforms will be out of service while they are replaced. Please use alternative escalators at the other end of the platforms to exit and interchange
10.09.2023-29.12.2024Waterloo & City line: Service operates Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 00:30 only. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and on public/bank holidays.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024Botley Road Rail Bridge ClosureNetwork Rail are working towards replacing the Botley Road rail overbridge. As a consequence the Botley Road in Oxford City Centre is closed to all vehiclular traffic, initially for 6 months but recently extended until the end of October 2024. A few bus services will divert via the Abingdon Road and the A34 but most services will be truncated.  The terminus on the eastern side of the bridge will be the Rail Station or Frideswide Square, the terminus on the western side will be Osney Island.  For people less-abled to make the 350 metre walk between these stops a free shuttle bus will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, hourly between 10 AM and 2 PM. Pick-up and set-down points are the West Oxford Community Centre, Seacourt Bridge (both on Botley Road) and Frideswide Square. Called the Botley Road Flyer it will be operated by Comet.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024Botley Road Rail Bridge (truncation)While the Botley Road is closed due to Network Rail bridge works, Stagecoach service S1 will divert between Eynsham and Oxford via the A40 and Woodstock Road.  While this is the case a shuttle service E1 will serve Eynsham to Oxford (Osney Island) via Farmoor and Botley. Services S6 and S9 will use the Osney Island stops as their terminus. This closure has been extended until October 2024.

To access the rail station and City Centre from Osney Island a pedestran route through the bridge area will be maintained (approx. 350 metres).  This arrangement has been extended until October 2024.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024Botley Road Rail Bridge (split service)The BrookesBUS / Park & Ride service 400 (U1) and NU1 will be split at the rail station (Frideswide Square) and Osney Island (on Botley Road) due to bridge works. There will be separate branches (East/West) of this service operating trhought the closure period. Through ticketing is available.  Pedestrians will be able to access the route through the bridge throughout the closure period.  This arrangement has been extended until October 2024.

Routes 458 513 514 515 and 715 start and terminate in Eden Street. All buses on these routes from Kingston start from stop D1 in Eden Street. Route 461 terminates at Wood Street stop N and starts journeys at Wood Street stop Q.

26.06.2023-01.01.2025KENTISH TOWN UNDERGROUND STATION: The station will be closed until late 2024 to enable vital work to be carried out to replace the escalators. Kentish Town Thameslink station will remain open for customers to use while the escalator replacement works are taking place. Nearby Tufnell Park Tube station is accessible by using the extensive local bus network or from Kentish Town station on foot (11 minutes). There is no major work planned on these alternative routes during the closure of the Tube station.
22.06.2023-29.09.2024HACKNEY DOWNS STATION: Step-free access to platform 1 (served by Chingford to Liverpool Street and southbound Greater Anglia trains via Tottenham Hale) is available but only via the interchange and lift link to/from Hackney Central station. Please enter and exit via this route. Step-free access is not available to/from other platforms or to/from the main entrance at Hackney Downs.
09.05.2023-01.12.2024HOLLOWAY ROAD STATION: From Tuesday 9 May until November 2024: Reduced lift service at Holloway Road until mid-July, queuing likely during peaks. Please consider using Arsenal or Caledonian Road stations. During Emirates Stadium events, Holloway Road will be closed for two hours before the start of the event and will open 15 minutes after the start of the event. During return traffic the station will be closed 15 minutes before the end of the event and will be kept closed for 90 minutes after the event.
