15.04.-10.05.2024 Alton Station Forecourt works Alton Station forecourt works, for a four week period starting 15 April. During this time the bus stop area will not be in use.  A diversion will be in place, into the car park as previously deployed. 
15.04.-24.05.2024 B*8 DIVERSION Marchwood Bypass Monday 15th April to Friday 24th May between 19:00-06:00 weekdays only. Marchwood bypass will be closed between the A35 (Spicers Hill) and A326 (Jacobs Gutter Lane slip road) to Staplewood Lane. These works are expected to be finished by Friday 24th May 2024. Diversion City towards Hythe via:- from  junction of A326/Jacobs Gutter Lane, continuing along Jacobs Gutter Lane; Trotts Lane and resume normal route towards Hythe.  Inbound from Hythe towards City – via normal route.

Monday 15th April to Friday 24th May between 19:00-06:00 weekdays only Marchwood bypass will be closed between the A35 (Spicers Hill) and A326 (Jacobs Gutter Lane slip road) to Staplewood Lane. These works are expected to be finished by Friday 24th May 2024. Diversion from City towards Hythe via:- from junction of A326/Jacobs Gutter Lane continue onn Jacobs Gutter Lane. Follow the road ahead until turn into Tavel's Lane to A326 bypass. pick up normal route towards Hythe. Diversion is the same in both directions.
15.04.-24.05.2024 B*9 DIVERSION Marchwood Bypass Night time services to Marchwood ONLY Monday 15th April to Friday 24th May between 19:00-06:00 weekdays only Marchwood bypass will be closed between the A35 (Spicers Hill) and A326 (Jacobs Gutter Lane slip road) to Staplewood Lane. These works are expected to be finished by Friday 24th May 2024. Diversion from City towards Hythe via:- from junction of A326/Jacobs Gutter Lane; along Jacobs Gutter Lane; Trotts Lane and resume normal route towards Marchwood & Hythe. Diversion is the same in both directions for last B*9 to Totton.
15.04.-25.05.2024 B*8 DIVERSION Marchwood Bypass Full night time closures weekdays only Marchwood Bypass, Full night time closures from Monday 15th April to Friday 24th May between 19:00-06:00 weekdays only. Due to works, Marchwood bypass will be closed between the A35 (Spicers Hill) and A326 (Jacobs Gutter Lane slip road) to Staplewood Lane. These works are expected to be finished by Friday 24th May 2024. Diversion from City towards Hythe via:- from lights at the junction of A326 & Jacobs Gutter Lane (staggered junction) ; along Jacobs Gutter Lane; ahead to roundabout; ahead to resume normal route from the bottom of Tavell’s Lane towards Hythe. Inbound from Hythe towards City – via normal route.
15.04.-27.06.2024 ELIZABETH LINE: On Monday to Wednesday evenings, from Monday 15 April to Wednesday 26 June, after 2200, a reduced service will operate between Paddington and Maidenhead / Reading. In addition, on Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 April, Monday 6 to Wednesday 8 May, Monday 20 to Wednesday 22 May, Monday 3 to Wednesday 5 June and Monday 17 to Wednesday 19 June, Acton Main Line, West Ealing and Hanwell stations will close at 2300.
15.04.-11.05.2024 Alresford Road at Cheriton
BT OpenReach are working on the B3046 through Cheriton, between its junction with Riverside Farm Lane and its junction with School Road from 15th April for approximately 3 weeks. The road will be closed each weekday between 0930 and 1430.    Only the 1020 and 1320 journeys from Winchester towards Petersfield and the 1145 journey from Petersfield towards Winchester should be affected.  Between Winchester and New Alresford, The Cricketers and between New Cheriton Crossroads and Petersfield; buses will run on normal route. They will divert between Alresford and Cheriton via the A31, Morn Hill roundabout and the A272 in both directions. Because of the length of the diversion buses are very likely to siffer delays in arroval at stops later in the affected journeys. However, please be at your stop at the normal time.    All other journeys on service 67 should be able to run the full normal route.

15.-29.04.2024 U1A & C BUS STOPS SUSPENDED Wide Lane/Swaythling Station Monday 15th to Friday 29th April 2024 Due to roadworks at Swaythling Arch, both of the bus stops are closed at Swaythling Station affecting the U1A/C services between the above dates. Passengers are asked to use alternative stops. Works are expected to be completed by 29th April 2024. As soon as works are finished the stops will re-open and be served as normal
13.04.-02.05.2024 ELSTREE HILL NORTH, BOREHAMWOOD: ROUTE 107 is on diversion via Shenley Road, Furzehill Road, Barnet Lane and Elstree Hill South due to roadworks at Elstree Hill North. Bus stops from 'Deacons Hill Road' to 'Watling Court' will not be served in either direction. Please allow extra time for your journey.
08.-30.04.2024 Calbourne Road, Newport Calbourne Road, Newport will be closed between its junction with Betty Haunt Lane and its junction with Elm Lane. POSSBLE DIVERSION ROUTE(S): The diversion will affect these streets: Calbourne Road, Nodgham Lane, High Street, Priory Road, Gunville Road, Forest Road, Yarmouth Road, Pound Lane, Elm Lane, Elm Farm. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 11:30 hours on 8th April 2024, for a maximum period of twenty-one days or until Investigation works are complete, whichever is sooner. Please check with the Operator for their intended diversion - which MAY be of shorter duration than above

08.04.-06.09.2024 INVERFORTH ROAD, N11: From 08:00 Monday 8 April until 18:00 Friday 6 September, ROUTE 382 will be on diversion due to water main replacement works on Inverforth Road. All stops along Bowes Road and Arnos Grove Station will be served, however, bus stops 'New Southgate Station' (J & K), 'Whitemore Close' (L& M) and the 'Hail & Ride' sections along Inverforth Road, Upper Park Road and Palmers Road will be missed in both directions during this time. Please allow extra time for your journey.
08.04.-20.05.2024 LEADENHALL STREET, EC3: From 07:00 Monday 08 April 2024 until 20:00 Monday 20 May 2024, ROUTES 25 N25 N550 are on diversion via Bishopsgate, Camomile Street, Houndsditch, St Botolph's Street and Middlesex Street due to gas maintenance works taking place. Buses will not serve stops from 'St Mary Axe' (LR & Z) to 'Aldgate Station' (D & R) in either direction.
08.-30.04.2024 ERSKINE ROAD, SUTTON: Route S1 is on diversion between Wrythe Lane/Poulton Avenue and Oakhill Road/Thicket Road due to emergency works. The Hail and Ride section on Erskine Road is not served. The Hail and Ride section on Oakhill Road between Benhill Road and Thicket Road is not served.
08.-29.04.2024 Watermans Lane, Hythe

Watermans Lane will be closed from 8th April until 29th April due to the ongoing improvement works in Beaulieu Road. This will affect services, please check with the Operator for their intended diversion

07.04.-31.05.2024 STANHOPE GARDENS, Kensington: Route 49 is on diversion towards Clapham Junction until 18:00 on Friday 31 May due to junction improvement works. Buses are diverted via Cromwell Road and Queensbury Place, missing stops Gloucester Road Station (GS) and Stanhope Gardens (GQ).
07.04.-20.05.2024 Wade Road, Daneshill

Works along Wade Road, Daneshill, from Great Binfields Road to Swing Swang Lane, are due as follows:

 Asphalt Preservation programmed to start on Sunday 7th April 2024 and are expected to take up to 1 night to complete. 

Crack Sealing programmed to start on Saturday 18th May 2024 and are expected to take up to 2 nights to complete. 

During the above dates, the road will be closed to through traffic from approximately 20:00 - 06:00 hours. The road will be open outside of these hours. Please be ready to use alternate stops as services will need to divert

07.-30.04.2024 MESSINA WAY, Dagenham: Route 145 is on diversion in both directions until 19:00 on Tuesday 30 April due to a road closure of Messina Way. Buses are diverted via Merrielands Crescent, missing stops "Dagenham Dock Station" ('O' / 'I').
05.04.-31.07.2024 Kentish Town: Closed - This station is closed until mid 2024, while escalators are replaced. The National Rail (Thameslink) station remains open.
04.04.-13.06.2024 STARTS HILL ROAD, R4: From 08:00 Thursday 04 April until approximately 18:00 Thursday 13 June, ROUTE R4 is on diversion via Farnborough Common due to SGN gas replacement works taking place at Starts Hill Road. Buses will not serve the Hail & Ride section along Starts Hill Road and bus stops 'Crofton Road / Starts Hill Road' (HL & HN) and 'Locksbottom / St Michael's Church' (HK & HJ) in both directions during this time. Buses will still serve Princess Royal University Hospital and stops along Farnborough Common when diverting.
04.-29.04.2024 EASTCOTE LANE, Northolt: Until 23:00 on Monday 29 April, route 395 is on diversion via Eastcote Lane North due to HS2 works at Eastcote Lane. Buses are not serving the stops "Northolt Station", "Moat Farm Road" "Islip Manor Park" and the Hail & Ride section on Eastcote Lane.
04.04.-19.06.2024 WARWICK AVENUE STATION: From Thursday 4 April until late June, no down escalator. Access to the platforms is via the central staircase. You may find it easier to use bus route 6 to connect with southbound services at Edgware Road or bus routes 46 and 187 to connect with northbound services at Queens Park.
03.04.-04.05.2024 13 Replacement between Service Alton - Bordon During the ongoing works, Cresta Coaches are running a Free service on behalf of SSE, due to the diversion of the regular 13, between Alton & Whitehill: Calling at Alton / East Worldham / Kingsley / Bordon Eco Station / Bordon, Norman Drive / Whitehill and returning via Bordon High Street instead of Norman Drive (approximately 25 mins in either direction). 02.04.-26.07.2024 Stops suspensions, Romsey Road, Rownhams Tuesday 2nd April for 17 weeks Due to Southern Gas Works the bus stops between the junctions of Redbridge Lane and Nursling Street along Romsey Road will be closed affecting the B*4 on the above date. At the moment there is no temporary bus stop.  
02.04.-10.05.2024 CUDHAM LANE NORTH, TN14: Routes R5 R10 are on diversion from 08:00 on Tuesday 02 April until 17:00 on Friday 10 May due to gas main replacement works. Buses will terminate at The Three Horseshoes Public House, not serving the stops from Hail & Ride Coolings Green & Pleasant to Hail & Ride Old Hill Playground in both directions.
02.-30.04.2024 LOOP ROAD / HEATHFIELD LANE: Routes 160 162 and R7 are unable to serve bus stop M "Loop Road", on Loop Road, during junction improvement works.
02.-30.04.2024 LOOP ROAD / HEATHFIELD LANE: Route 61 terminates northbound at bus stop E "St Patrick's Church", on Albany Road, and departs from P "Centre Common Road / War Memorial", on Centre Common Road, during junction improvement works.
02.04.-31.05.2024 Closure of B3400 affecting Basingstoke to Oakley service 11 and Basingstoke to Andover service 76 From 2nd April the B3400 between Worting and Overton will be closed at various times for works to the road surface.The initial phase of works between Worting and Fox Lane is booked to take place off peak (0930 to 1600 and 1830 to 2000) on two days from Wednesday 10th April. There will then be overnight closures for resurfacing between 2000 and 0600 on 3 nights, currently expected to be after 31st May.   Service 11 between these times will operate via Fiveways and Pack Lane to reach Oakley. Service 76 will divert after Overton via the A303 and will not serve stops between Overton and Basingstoke Centre.   The next phase of works beyond Oakley towards Dean Gate are due to take place between 0500 and 2200 on 4 days after 25th April. However the road will be open 0700 to 0930 and 1600 to 1830 each day. Details of diversions in use will be posted here nearer to the closure date as will Diversion plans for future phases when known.
01.04.-20.05.2024 LEADENHALL STREET, EC3: From 07:00 Monday 08 April 2024 until 20:00 Monday 20 May 2024, road will be closed due to gas works. Buses are on diversion. 25, N25 & N550 towards Aldgate will miss stops Bank Station and Bishopsgate. 25, N25 & N550 towards Bank will miss stops from Aldgate Station to St Mary Axe.
01.04.-03.05.2024 Albion Rd, N16 - routes 73 476 N73: Road is closed due to works from 22 April 08:00 until 3 May 18:00. Buses are on diversion and will miss stops between Green Lanes and Stoke Newington Town Hall.
01.-30.04.2024 Suttons Lane RM12, routes 252, 256 652: Road is closed due to works from 29 April 1930 until 30 April 0500. Buses are on diversion. 252 will miss stops between wood Lane and The Avenue/Devonshire Road.
29.03.-10.05.2024 Parsonage Barn Lane, daytime closures  Parsonage Barn Lane Ringwood BH24 1PS will be closed from 29/04/24 to 10/05/24 between 08:00 – 16:00. The Ringo 1 will divert to use southampton Road / Mansfield Road / Christchurch Road / Castleman Way
29.03.-30.04.2024 ELIZABETH STREET, SW1: From 08:00 Friday 29 March 2024 until 18:00 Tuesday 30 April 2024, ROUTE C1 towards White City is on diversion via Ebury Street and Eccleston Street due to maintenance works taking place. No stops will be missed along this diversion.
28.03.-08.05.2024 STANLEY ROAD, SM5: From 12:50 Wednesday 27 March until 18:00 Wednesday 8 May, ROUTE S4 is on diversion via Windborough Road due to gas main replacement works at Stanley Road. The Stanley Road stop and 'Hail and Ride' sections along Stanley Road will not be served in either direction. Please allow extra time for your journey.

25.03.-09.05.2024 QUEENSWAY STATION: Reduced lift service until May 2024. Please use the other lift and allow a little longer for your journey, as you may need to queue, especially at busy times. The staircase down to the platforms has 123 steps. Notting Hill Gate and Lancaster Gate stations, on the Central line, are approximately a seven minute walk in either direction along Bayswater Road. Bayswater station, on the Circle and District lines is approximately a two minute walk.
19.03.-31.10.2024 CROMWELL ROAD BUS STATION: Routes 281 371 K5 N65 and 671 towards Tolworth / North Sheen / Ham / Chessington are disrupted until Thursday 31 October, due to long-term works at Cromwell Road Bus Station. Buses are not serving the usual stop "Cromwell Road Bus Station" (A1) on Cromwell Road. Please use the nearby stop (PW). Buses will pick up passengers from here instead.

Buses are not accessing the bus station. Buses are not serving the usual first stop "Cromwell Road Bus Station" (A1) on Cromwell Road. Please use the nearby stop (PW). Buses will pick up passengers from here instead.

Bus stops from 'New Oxford Street/High Holborn' (R) to 'Tottenham Court Road Station' (X) will be missed.
15.03.-23.12.2024 Changes to bus services at Colindale Station: Bus stop CB outside Colindale Station is closed until further notice due to station construction works. For Route 125 towards Winchmore Hill, please board in Charcot Road. For Routes 204 303 642 and N5 towards Edgware, and route 632 towards Grahame Park, Corner Mead, use the temporary stop west of the station outside 121 Colindale Avenue. Ajax Avenue stop CD will be closed during these works
11.03.-05.07.2024 Cockleton Lane, Gurnard Cockleton Lane, Gurnard will be closed From 08:00 on Monday 11th March until 18:00 on Friday 5th July 2024. Whilst Cockleton Lane is closed, route 32 will be unable to serve Gurnard Pines. As a result, all route 32 buses will divert towards Northwood by operating via Rew Street and Pallance Road instead. 
06.03.-17.05.2024 Road Closure – Sandy Lane, Redruth 6 March to 17 May 2024

Due to roadworks Sandy Lane will be closed from the 6 March to the 17 May.  During the closure buses will be unable to serve Sandy Lane and will divert as follows:

Go-Cornwall Service 34: Towards Helston will divert via Station Hill and Falmouth Road.  Towards Redruth the service will divert via Clinton Road, Heanton Terrace and Albany Road to Redruth Railway Station.

Go-Cornwall Service 36S: Will divert via South Downs, Clinton Road, Heanton Terrace, Albany Road and Redruth Railway Station.

Go-Cornwall Service 40: In the evening will be diverted in both directions via Redruth Railway Station, Albany Road, Heanton Terrace and Clinton Road.

To close part of The High Street, Alton from the junction at the entrance to Lady Place car park to junction with Turk Street, including Cross and Pillory Lane and Market Square, between the 0700 hours and 1900 hours on Saturday 24 February, 25 May, 26 October and 7 December 2024 for the occasion of the Ethical Vegan Market   Services will divert via Draymans Way

22.02.-31.12.2024 Mariners Wharf (city centre) Due to restrictions on Mariner Wharf, bus services will be diverted from Monday 6 February 2023 until further notice.
19.02.-31.05.2024 Lower Farlington Road, Drayton

Due to Gas main works taking place along Lower Farlington Road we will not be able to serve Havant Road after Eastern road, Lower Farlington Road and Fitzherbert Road in both directions.

Route 22 will be effected, Bus reroute:

Normal route on Havant Road but at the Eastern road traffic light junction the bus will turn RIGHT onto Eastern Road and LEFT onto Fitzherbert Road to serve Sainsbury’s.

Same route out of Sainsbury’s in reverse.

30.08.2023-31.10.2024 Botley Road Rail Bridge Closure Network Rail are working towards replacing the Botley Road rail overbridge. As a consequence the Botley Road in Oxford City Centre is closed to all vehiclular traffic, initially for 6 months but recently extended until the end of October 2024. A few bus services will divert via the Abingdon Road and the A34 but most services will be truncated.  The terminus on the eastern side of the bridge will be the Rail Station or Frideswide Square, the terminus on the western side will be Osney Island.  For people less-abled to make the 350 metre walk between these stops a free shuttle bus will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, hourly between 10 AM and 2 PM. Pick-up and set-down points are the West Oxford Community Centre, Seacourt Bridge (both on Botley Road) and Frideswide Square. Called the Botley Road Flyer it will be operated by Comet.
30.08.2023-31.10.2024 Botley Road Rail Bridge (truncation) While the Botley Road is closed due to Network Rail bridge works, Stagecoach service S1 will divert between Eynsham and Oxford via the A40 and Woodstock Road.  While this is the case a shuttle service E1 will serve Eynsham to Oxford (Osney Island) via Farmoor and Botley. Services S6 and S9 will use the Osney Island stops as their terminus. This closure has been extended until October 2024.

30.08.2023-31.10.2024 Botley Road Rail Bridge (split service) The BrookesBUS / Park & Ride service 400 (U1) and NU1 will be split at the rail station (Frideswide Square) and Osney Island (on Botley Road) due to bridge works. There will be separate branches (East/West) of this service operating trhought the closure period. Through ticketing is available.  Pedestrians will be able to access the route through the bridge throughout the closure period.  This arrangement has been extended until October 2024.

Routes 458 513 514 515 and 715 start and terminate in Eden Street. All buses on these routes from Kingston start from stop D1 in Eden Street. Route 461 terminates at Wood Street stop N and starts journeys at Wood Street stop Q.

26.06.2023-30.09.2024 KENTISH TOWN UNDERGROUND STATION: The station will closed until late Summer to enable vital work to be carried out to replace the escalators. Kentish Town Thameslink station will remain open for customers to use while the escalator replacement works are taking place. Nearby Tufnell Park Tube station is accessible by using the extensive local bus network or from Kentish Town station on foot (11 minutes). There is no major work planned on these alternative routes during the closure of the Tube station.

During return traffic the station will be closed 15 minutes before the end of the event and will be kept closed for 90 minutes after the event.
