The maximum Adult single fare is £2 on most local bus services until 31st December 2024. 24.10.2023-31.12.2024Alton Farmers Markets - 2nd Saturday of the Month

To close part of The High Street, Alton from the junction at the entrance to Lady Place car park to junction with Turk Street and Cross and Pillory Lane, including Market Square, between the 0600 hours and 1600 hours for the second Saturday in each month during 2023/2024 - being  11 November and 9 December 2023. 13 January, 10 February, 9 March, 13 April, 11 May, 8 June, 13 July, 10 August, 14 September, 12 October, 9 November and 14 December 2024.

30.08.2023-31.10.2025Botley Road Rail Bridge ClosureNetwork Rail are working towards replacing the Botley Road rail overbridge. As a consequence the Botley Road in Oxford City Centre is closed to all vehiclular traffic, initially for 6 months but recently extended until the end of October 2024. A few bus services will divert via the Abingdon Road and the A34 but most services will be truncated.  The terminus on the eastern side of the bridge will be the Rail Station or Frideswide Square, the terminus on the western side will be Osney Island.  For people less-abled to make the 350 metre walk between these stops a free shuttle bus will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, hourly between 10 AM and 2 PM. Pick-up and set-down points are the West Oxford Community Centre, Seacourt Bridge (both on Botley Road) and Frideswide Square. Called the Botley Road Flyer it will be operated by Comet.
30.08.2023-31.10.2025Botley Road Rail Bridge (truncation)While Network Rail bridge works keep the Botley Road closed the following services will use Osney Island as their terminus:

To access the rail station and City Centre from Osney Island a pedestran route through the bridge area will be maintained (approx. 350 metres).  This arrangement has been extended until October 2024.
30.08.2023-31.10.2025Botley Road Rail Bridge (split service)The BrookesBUS / Park & Ride service 400 (U1) and NU1 will be split at the rail station (Frideswide Square) and Osney Island (on Botley Road) due to bridge works. There will be separate branches (East/West) of this service operating trhought the closure period. Through ticketing is available.  Pedestrians will be able to access the route through the bridge throughout the closure period.  This arrangement has been extended until October 2024.
30.08.2023-31.10.2025Botley Road Rail Bridge (truncation)While the Botley Road is closed due to Network Rail bridge works, Stagecoach service S1 will divert between Eynsham and Oxford via the A40 and Woodstock Road.  While this is the case a shuttle service E1 will serve Eynsham to Oxford (Osney Island) via Farmoor and Botley. Services S6 and S9 will use the Osney Island stops as their terminus. This closure has been extended until October 2024.
28.08.2023-01.11.2024Cromwell Road Bus Station closure until Autumn 2024: Route 65, towards Kingston, will not serve stops in Cromwell Road. Please use stop V in Richmond Road or stop D2 in Eden Street
28.08.2023-01.11.2024Cromwell Road Bus Station closure until Autumn 2024: Routes 71, 406, 418 and 465 will terminate at stop E3 in Eden Street and start journeys from Kingston at new stop PW in Cromwell Road, east of the bus station. Route 281, towards Tolworth, Route 671, towards Chessington South and Night Bus Route N65 towards Chessington will also serve this stop.
28.08.2023-01.11.2024Cromwell Road Bus Station closure until Autumn 2024: Route 85, towards Putney Bridge, Route K2, towards Kingston Hospital, Route K3, towards Roehampton Vale, Route K5, towards Morden, Route N87, towards Aldwych and Route SL7, towards West Croydon, serve a new stop RC in Cromwell Road, east of the bus station.
28.08.2023-01.11.2024Cromwell Road Bus Station closure until Autumn 2024: Route 371, towards Richmond, Manor Circus and Route K5, towards Ham, serve new stop PW in Cromwell Road, east of the bus station.
28.08.2023-01.11.2024Cromwell Road Bus Station closure until Autumn 2024: Route 57, towards Clapham Park, Route 131, towards Tooting Broadway, and Route 213, towards Sutton, Bushey Road, will not serve stops in Cromwell Road. Please use stop E2 in Eden Street or stop B in London Road, by Tiffin School.
28.08.2023-01.11.2024Cromwell Road Bus Station closure until Autumn 2024: Routes 111 216 285 411 and 481 will terminate at stop N in Wood Street, by John Lewis, and start journeys from Kingston at stop Q in Wood Street, opposite Kingston Station.
28.08.2023-01.11.2024Changes to Surrey bus routes during the rebuilding of Cromwell Road Bus Station, Kingston: until Autumn 2024. Routes 458 513 514 515 and 715 start and terminate in Eden Street. All buses on these routes from Kingston start from stop D1 in Eden Street. Route 461 terminates at Wood Street stop N and starts journeys at Wood Street stop Q.
17.07.2023-17.01.2025TUNNEL AVENUE: Until 17:00 Friday 17 January 2025, route 108 is on diversion and is not serving Blackwall Lane (Stop MU) and Morden Wharf Road (Stop MV) due to Silvertown Tunnel works.
13.07.2023-31.12.2024BROADMEAD ROAD, WOODFORD: Until 20:00 Tuesday 31 December, route 275 is on diversion between Chingford Lane and St Barnabas Road in both directions via Woodford Green High Road, Woodford New Road, North Circular Road, Chigwell Road and Broadmead Road due to bridge repair works. Buses are missing the stops Woodford Green/Broadmead Road, Woodford Green High Road, Grosvenor Gardens, Vernon Avenue and St Barnabas Road.
13.07.2023-31.12.2024BROADMEAD ROAD, WOODFORD: Until 20:00 Tuesday 31 December, route 675 is on diversion between Chingford Lane and St Barnabas Road in both directions via Woodford Green High Road, Woodford New Road, North Circular Road, Chigwell Road and Broadmead Road due to bridge repair works. Buses are missing the stops Woodford Green/Broadmead Road, Woodford Green High Road, Grosvenor Gardens, Vernon Avenue and St Barnabas Road.
26.06.2023-01.01.2025KENTISH TOWN UNDERGROUND STATION: The station will be closed until late 2024 to enable vital work to be carried out to replace the escalators. Kentish Town Thameslink station will remain open for customers to use while the escalator replacement works are taking place. Nearby Tufnell Park Tube station is accessible by using the extensive local bus network or from Kentish Town station on foot (11 minutes). There is no major work planned on these alternative routes during the closure of the Tube station.
09.05.2023-01.12.2024HOLLOWAY ROAD STATION: From Tuesday 9 May until November 2024: Reduced lift service at Holloway Road, queuing likely during peaks. Please consider using Arsenal or Caledonian Road stations. During Emirates Stadium events, Holloway Road will be closed for two hours before the start of the event and will open 15 minutes after the start of the event. During return traffic the station will be closed 15 minutes before the end of the event and will be kept closed for 90 minutes after the event.
09.05.2023-01.12.2024HOLLOWAY ROAD STATION: From Tuesday 9 May until November 2024: Reduced lift service at Holloway Road, queuing likely during peaks. Please consider using Arsenal or Caledonian Road stations. 22.03.2023-31.12.2024West Drayton: Until late December, the station car park at West Drayton will be closed.
24.01.2023-26.11.2024HOUNSLOW WEST STATION: Entrance and exit via stairlift for manual wheelchair users only. The maximum operating weight of the stairlift is 225kg.
16.2022-30.11.2024CHURCH ROAD, NW10: Routes 260 266 are on diversion in both directions from 06:00 to 18:00 every Wednesday and Saturday due to the market operating on Church Road. Buses are diverted via High Road, missing the stops Ilex Road, Eric Road, and Roundwood Road.

Lifts are available between Northern line and Borough High Street entrance then via Borough High Street, St Thomas Street and Joiner Street to the main Underground ticket hall from where lifts are available to/from the Jubilee line.
